We shall be meeting in the lovely Art tea Zen Cafe on tues 3rd Nov 5 45 to 7pm for our monthly informal meeting to bring ideas and inspiration together to improve our health and lifestyles. Complementary remedies and treatments,organic food,knitting,beekeeping,water and hydration and education are just some of the topics we cover over a lovely cup of tea.

Your input is of great interest to us so please come and join us so that we can discuss ways to vitalise and empower ourselves and our communities. Thankyou to Vicky Burke who took us on a very inspiring and informative herbal walk recently. She showed us many common plants we can easily transform into remedies and tinctures to keep us healthy during the winter.
