Transition Towns – Are holding a Big Event on Saturday 24th October, 10am to 4pm at the Brewhouse - This coincides with the International Day of Climate Action organised by 350.com in time for the climate conference in December.

They are holding a jam and chutney swap shop as well as clothes, there will be an apple press so people can squeeze their own apples, advice on cutting energy bills, pledges to cut CO2 emissions, info about Warm Streets, bag attack, talks about TTowns, a haybox demo by Val "the Wooly Shepherd" Grainger and lots more.
